The Los Angeles Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at Kia Forum on Tuesday 27th September features many of the same artists as London plus Joan Jett, Miley Cyrus, Alanis Morissette (for whom Hawkins played drums in the 90s), Kiss’ Gene Simmons, Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Pat Wilson, Luke Spiller, Jon Theodore, and Rage Against The Machine / Audioslave drummer Brad Wilk. Other performers are Jane’s Addiction bassist and Hawkins’ long-time friend and collaborator Chris Chaney, Chrissie Hynde, Wolfgang Van Halen, Liam Gallagher, Omar Hakim, Mark Ronson, Supergrass, Chevy Metal and comedian Dave Chappelle.įoo Fighters have also confirmed that more acts are yet to be announced for the London gig.
